I agree with you which is why my newsletter this morning clearly states: “I will not encourage people to ignore, bend or break any laws” but that doesn’t mean that in this culture that it doesn’t happen because it does regularly.

WeLoveCostaRica.comFor example if the corporation ever hired someone (even a maid) and did not pay the correct Social Security payments and that is eventually discovered, the corporation will be asked to pay that debt no matter how the signatories may have changed.
It is very difficult to know 100% that you have a clean corporation unless you form a new one of your own.

I bought the licensing rights to use this system and although there are many things that can be changed, this can not.
It was designed as a ‘subscription management’ system and as such, logs people out after a specific period (20 minutes) to prevent others – non paying subscribers – from accessing the system.
So if you want to write a long post, best to write it in Notepad or something similar and then ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ it into the forum.

WeLoveCostaRica.comAnd you have every right to feel that way ‘Scalesfr’ and to do what you are doing. In defence of Paragon Properties, they typically move very quickly after their customers become more ‘vocal’ about any perceived problems.
I’m sure Paragon has tens of thousands of customers so it can’t be easy keeping a track of everything but, any sales organization should also have systems in place to ensure that their customers are happy.
Thankfully as more competition enters, the free market tends to quickly develop ‘checks’ and ‘balances’ and companies that pay attention to what’s going on are the ones that tend to get better reports from their customers.
