$600 per year would not be unheard of but I’m sure you could find someone willing to charge less. In Cayman you would probably pay $5,000 per annum for the same service

The ‘shelf’ corporation has been changed so that you are the now primary signatory now on this corporation, right?

The idea doesn’t excite me as much as it excites you but is Marriott Los Suenos the type of project you want to see a lot more of in Costa Rica Alvaro?

Find a place like that all along each coast Terry, write a summary and take a few digital photos and you’ve got all the ingredients of a little digital report – and E-Book – that you could sell…

If you wish, I would be delighted to try and help and would be happy to have an appeal on a regular basis…

Could we perhaps ask you to turn this into an article and also send me some good digital photographs that we could use in it and we’ll ask people to help?

PS. I have a home in the country and on the advice of an ‘expert’ paid him to plant 100 Vetevier – Not a single one remains after one year. Can you think why?

I have carried a 4″ Gerber knife for over 20 years since I was in the Royal Marine Commandos but leave it at home before I fly obviously. The only ‘complication’ I have is entering a bank that doesn’t know me … But they don’t worry so much about knives as they do about guns and I don’t tend to carry them with me into the banks.

    Two VERY different markets.

Central Valley is typically more stable, long-term rentals for families and or executives.

The beach tends to be more short-term, higher-impact rentals.

Please search the site for “rentals” and you’ll come across a few articles and take a look at

Bottom line? It’s always more complicated than you think – especially as a long distance landlord..

Please note that although Watchdog has been able to give some great advice here (he is an attorney) – which we are all very grateful for – time will probably not allow him to answer legal questions indefinitely.

“She just seems like – you know – like – so totally intellectual …”

    What about the parents though?

What would you do if your daughter behaved the way she did?

The name ‘Hilton’ used to be synonymous with luxury although admittedly that was a while ago, but now?
