That is good news and hopefully everybdoy else receives the same prompt treatment.
Now that the ‘technical problems’ are behind me I will post your two photographs online so that people can see the lot you visited.
Would you please be kind enough to give me a few words describing the land and it’s lovcation as best as you can to go along with the photos Bruce?

I don’t believe that there is any ‘new’ information.
This is one of those very ‘complicado’ matters where it’s unlikely you will get a clear answer from anyone – Even an attorney that specializes in this area.
With elections just around the corner, I would doubt that this matter will be resolved any time soon and even when it is supposedly clarified, it will be “claro como lodo” – “clear as mud!”

The fare for the Pavas – San Jose train is only 300 colones (.60 cents) but I don’t think they have announced the fare for the Heredia to San Jose train yet.
Can’t imagine that it will be much more than that though … They are projecting that some 90,000 people per day will use the Heredia – San Jose train.
The second phase in 2007 will supposedly electrify the Heredia trains

The railway line from Pavas to the east side of San José is already back in action, running – it’s very cheap and fairly popular.
The Heredia line is simply a matter of cleaning up the lines that are already there…

Sad to report that we did indeed lose all the previous discussions, they simply could not be transferred in any easy way. But the rest of the site is bigger and better than ever and we’re working on quite a few other add-ons which will make this Costa Rica’s #1 site.
I have chosen to keep the largest discussions forum which was the discussions about Paragon Properties simply because it gave all of us alot of valuable information and pointers about what we need to be aware of when evaluating different properties.
I will be putting that up on the site within the next week as one long (very long) article.
