Dont forget you can get up to 6 receivers in one location. Where thaose receivers wind up…. So the bill gets devided by 6. We did the same with Direct TV. I am more interested in satellite internet.
StanapexitMemberI have reccomended my architect Leo Barrantes being a Tico hes has the responsibility to see that the work is performed correctly and he has alot of contacts when it comes to saving money on quality materials. Leo went to High School in Pennsylvania for four years so he speaks English well. He is very honest. I wired him $20K for my setana permit. I was two days before the deadline. The wire came in late but he spent the whole day getting it straightened out. I offered him a bonus and he didn’t want to take it!

You post repeated 3 times . Go and erase 2. It is not hard getting the Tico’s to look for you. Don’t forget what their dailey wage is. The whole country is loaded with traps. The trick is to always be one step ahead of the system. You don’t need alot of money, just have two good traits. Honesty and a good Heart. You need to look for properties on a need to sell basis and also look at owner financing. nI have seen 5 properties like this. Put your email up in response to this post and when I get it we’ll talk.

Stan PutraapexitMemberI believe he didn’t answer your question and you bring up a good point . Living space is more expensive than open covered space. When we obtained our permits, the law says no more than 300sq meters, 300 meters covered then you don’t need a Setena study. So watch the honest realtors that tell you the house is 3000SF but only 500 is enclosed living space.
