Are you saying that Randy is an Illegal Realtor? His name was brought up before in the forum about his Investment Club. I answered the post and there were no adverse comments. What is the story? because I want to be honest and open on this site. If I see something is a good deal, and I have included most of your properties as good deals when , in my opinion , it is. Also you used to email me privately first if I posted something wrong.

You Can say what you want about the USA. Take a look at the article about Icelandic CD’s You hit them twice once with your guaranteed interest and the US$ dropping. The trick is heavily mortage your CR property in dollars put the cash in an interest bearing account in the US and use the interest to pay for your mortgage in CR. Another thing to do that will work to protect your property in CR is mortgage bonds according to Peterson’s book.

3 A 40 hectare piece. That has a 1/2 mile of beautiful beachfront, concession included. We are in discussions now because he wants someone to develop it with an option to buy.
I have no interest in these properties and there are 8 people that want to get together and talk real estate, I see no foul. I invest or pool the same amount of money and share any profits equally. No more, no less.Stanley Putra

Land with a beautiful house and a waterfall on the property for 10% down 2000 SF in a growth area? The owner will take 10% down. Did you see the titled beachfront Scott has listed in the for sale by owner for $386K? I predicted the property will be worth $1
million or more by the time you retire? That brings up the climate. What temp do you like? Is view important? Do you want to live in town?
Do you want to live where many Canadians have setteled. You must buy Scott’s real estate package for $99 and Peterson’s law book. I ran across new $30K condo’s new in the package. How can you lose?

Since that has happened the US$ has dropped like a rock. The Aden Sisters whom I have been following for 25 years live in Costa Rica publish the Aden Report.
