    I have responded to the false acussations posted in this site.

    The moderator has been invited to the office of Costa Developers as well as to the projects, which speak for themselves.

    My name is Arnaldo Bonilla, Attorney at Law. I am local counsel to Costa Developers in Costa Rica and have represented them since the begining of operations in this Country. I oversee various matters for the company, including the building and permitting process for their projects in Costa Rica. Their engineering firm is also responsible for ensuring that the building process is in compliance with all governmental requirements.

    Costa Developers has not had any problems with the authorities. All necessary permits are in place and work has not been stopped at any of their projects. Any claims to the contrary are frivolous and defamatory.

    Thank you for allowing me to clarify this issue.
