BanderaThanks for your suggestion. At $550 a month rent yes I did get a deposit of 1 month. That is what I kept for breaking the lease. My management team that gets a % should have been watching the utilities. My attorney did put the electric in his name as a favor to me so I can’t stick him we are a Team.
