I have just been informed of a new development outside of Jaco near the Punta Leona Resort, there is a proposed Marina going in on the beach and although it is maybe 10=15 miles from Jaco, it is surrounded by mountains, farms and other developments. I would be glad to share the information that I have on it, please reply to this thread.
