    Hola! Rick.

    Depending the area you will hardly find internet connection right away, you must pre-arrange it with the owner or real estate agent to have internet connection or finding a place where is wireless.
    A very nice lady I know owns some apartments totally furnished about 10 minutes away from the airport at San Antonio de Belen, very close from the Marriot hotel, nice area. They are about $500 to $ 600 per month, TV cable, water and mantainance included.
    Furniture houses are very dificult to find, but there are some.

    Check http://www.hotelvillabonita.com , is located 5 “real” minutes from the airport and the Tico owners Carmen and Humberto are very nice and friendly people, very reasonable rates and the place is just beautiful, clean and great breakfast, huge rooms too!!
