Andy, I spent an hr. watching your videos last nite. Packing up the garage almost made me give up my plan….LOL.
How/why did you come to choosing the valley? We drove thru some of the towns like Grecian and Atenas and never found the right areas. Are you in a regular neighborhood or a gated community? We did like the Hermosa beach area just south of Jaco. We plan another exploratory visit in Jan or Feb but noticed travel prices are up that time of yr. Our plan is to move and rent in about a yr from now. Ever have any regrets? Boy am I strugling with ship vs buy new.
Thank you for sharing.I’ve heard this term “major miracle” before. I like the area and the development but have concerns about finishing up. It is a great value tho. I’m retiring, so have a limited budget. I’m hoping to come back in Jan to look at more places…any suggestions (anybody?)? I would like to move there in 1 yr from now or sooner. I would rent for 1st few mos.

The homes seem to be pretty solid but not quite up to some others I have seen but still appear to be a good value. I’m concerned about his cash flow and ability to finish the project. Resisdents are sharing 1 power meter at this point since permanent poles haven’t been installed yet. What is it you like about Esterillos?Sounds like ur happy with that, I’ll have to look it up on the internet. Is the lot and home pricing similar?
