Why not see Re: USA Land Invest Michael Leu-Rip Off Artist-Wanted [ http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/295/RipOff0295363.htm ]

“Bought (what I thought) was property from this guy Micheal Leu over 2 years ago for almost $10,000 in Costa Rica. I had nothing but problems trying to resolve issues with it in CR, and know of one woman from Florida that had the same problem. I spent another $10,000 in legal fees and travel expenses trying to fix things over 2 years and got no where. Titles are worthless down there as toilet paper. STAY OUT OF CR!

I Was told by Micheal Leu that I was given clear and unabated title, and all it was a document that was all phony. He said he would give money back, but never did, and then concocted a story that I tried to steal his land from him. He is a crook and a hustler and sells property in the USA too. ‘USA LAND INVEST’, NOT ‘USA LAND’.

The freaky thing too is Micheal Leu holds himself out as a man of the ‘cloth’. Yeah!

I am still working the the Ohio Attorney Generals office to prosecute this phony. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Micheal Leu or ‘USA LAND INVEST’

My experience was nothing but a disaster!”

This is a company that we have all heard about in Costa Rica but they are very aggressive legally to try and shut people up so only a few people have the balls to speak up.

If this all sounds good to you, I have beachfront property in San Jose I could sell you at only $500M2 and you KNOW most beach front property is going for a lot more than that right?

    Duh!

Interesting posting there from GenrikhYagoda – How did I miss that?

Has anybody asked themselves WHY Rabbi Yisrael Rosen’s statement has not been seen in the US newspapers or on television? “All of the Palestinians must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts.”

Can you imagine what would happen if it was a Muslim religious leader that said “All of the Jews must be killed; men, women, infants, and even their beasts.”

Do you think that would have been on the news in the US?

Like maybe 500 times a day?

Can you imagine what would happen if a Catholic priest or a Muslim suggested that they should “hang the children of the Jews who carried out the attacks on Palestinians from a tree.”

Do you think that would have been on the news in the US?

Like maybe 500 times a day?

Though you would want to see this…. From http://primapanama.blogs.com/_panama_residential_devel/2008/06/panamanians-fea.html

Panamanians fear crime is getting worse

We hear and read more stores about the increase in crime in the city every week. With the boom, have come criminals who pray on easy targets. So far crimes against foreigners have mostly been home burglaries, but as foreigners numbers increase you can be sure they too will become victims. I have put in a new category called Crime and Security which will link to posts I have mad regarding this important issue. People come here because of the friendly people, relatively low cost of living and security. When any of these things begin to falter, you can bet it will greatly slow down the immigration.

A recent survey found that Panamanians are increasingly concerned about their personal safety, and believe that crime, especially violent crime, is on the rise.

The findings were based on results from the latest Índice de Seguridad, conducted by the marketing firm GFK last April, and compiled the views of thousands of Panamanians over the age of 18, throughout the country, with the exception of the Darién and indigenous regions.

The survey, released yesterday, showed that 87 percent of respondents felt that crime had risen during the last year, reflecting an 9 percent increase over the findings of January 2007.

Eighty-four percent of those surveyed thought that crime in Panama had become much more violent, a perception that also rose 9 percent compared with the previous survey.

Most telling, however, was that 71 percent felt that crime will get worse in the future.

Included in this year’s survey for the first time was a new variable: the Índice de Temor, or “Fear Index,” which found that 64 percent of Panamanians experience a medium to high fear of crime.

Yale lecturer Charles Barber, author of ‘Comfortably Numb: How Psychiatry Is Medicating a Nation writes about how there were 227,000,000 prescriptions for antidepressants in 2006. [ http://www.amazon.com/Comfortably-Numb-Psychiatry-Medicating-Nation/dp/0375423990/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1201547260&sr=8-1%22 ]

What is the adult population of the USA?

“The number of prescriptions for antidepressants in England has hit a record high despite national guidance advocating alternative treatments.” [ http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/6653013.stm ]

“According to Eric Harris (Columbine High School shooter) they “helped” him to feel homicidal and suicidal after only six weeks on Zoloft.” [ http://www.drugawareness.org/ ]

“Suicide is the third highest cause of death among teenagers age 15-24. Suicide rates have doubled for children of 5-14 years old in the past generation. Last year 15 million prescriptions were written for (SSRI) antidepressants for children and teenagers.” [ http://www.antidepressantsfacts.com/2004-09-22-suicide-rates-doubled-5-14.htm ]

Dr. Ann Blake Tracy is the leading expert in the world on serotonergic medications (Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Luvox, Celexa, Lexapro, Sarafem, Fen-Phen, Redux, Meridia, Effexor, Serzone, Wellbutrin, Zyban and other SSRI antidepressants). Dr. Tracy has worked for ten years to develop a safe method for withdrawal from SSRI antidepressants, as well as for rebuilding the bodies and brains of those who have used them. See her fascinating bok at [ http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/offering/list/-/0916095592/all ] I can only assume that there are no reader reviews because of the threat of legal action.

One of my friends who is also an American calls the US “the world’s largest open air insane asylum ” Easy to why really.

You are assuming that your vote actually makes a difference. It does not, it has been rigged for a long time, your vote means nothing

Democracy in the US is an illusion and anyone who says otherwise is either a politician who knows exactly that or he’s just deluded.

Like Bush, you have a talent for naming countries and connecting them in a sentence including 9/11 when they had nothing to do with 9/11.

If “kiss up” means talk, I think you will find that the people who care about the future of this planet which we will leave to our children would prefer us and our one or two allies to “kiss up” rather than set a new record of being the one and only country to use nuclear weapons (again) AKA WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION to kill millions of innocent civilians in Iran to supposedly try and prevent them from developing nuclear weapons.

    Incredible logic right?

And once again, why do they want to “kick our butts”? It has nothing to do with the fact that we’ve been interfering with them, overthrowing them, torturing them and killing them right? And that’s been happening long before 9/11.

It has nothing to do with the fact that the US has over 700 military bases (plus many more ‘black’ sites) OUTSIDE the USA. Some people might suggest that military bases are not good at spreading ‘peace, freedom and democracy.’

It has nothing to do with the hypocrisy in our support of a military Muslim dictatorship in Pakistan that developed a nuclear weapons program without being a signatory to the NPT which Iran is…

It has nothing to do with the fact they we support a brutal family dictatorship in Saudi Arabia where most of the alleged 9/11 hijackers came from and you do know that FAR MORE funding for terrorism comes out of our “ally” Saudi Arabia than has ever come out of Iraq & Iran?

And shhhhh! We shouldn’t mention the 200+ nuclear weapons our Zionist extremists have in Israel or they will all start crying about how many ‘anti-semites’ there are in Costa Rica.

Every single American needs to watch this video which hits home big time. We must wake up real soon or face the consequences or blowback of our murderous actions all over the world for the past couple hundred years…

How can we preach freedom and democracy when we have over 750 military bases outside the USA?

Bring our boys home now! And let’s focus on rebuilding what we’ve destroyed and that would include our own home – The UNITED States of America. There’s enough infrastructure that needs rebuilding in our own country to keep the Halliburtons busy for a long time.

I must apologize to you davidrushton, for a brief moment there I was stupid enough to think that facts actually mattered.

It might be important to note that you weren’t able to contradict any of those statements.

The truth paints a very different picture than the ‘poor little persecuted, never-did-harm-to-anyone little Israel’ that the Jews love to paint doesn’t it?

Poor persecuted and defenseless Jews in Israel, is that what you are saying davidrushton?

The same Israel that has more weapons per capita than any other country? http://www.nationmaster.com/graph/mil_wea_hol_percap-military-weapon-holdings-per-capita That is one of the largest arms exporters in the world and

Are we talking about the same Jewish people who have over 200 nuclear weapons in the Middle East? The same Jewish people who are calling for Iran not to enrich uranium which Iran is legally allowed to do based on the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty? Only four nations are not signatories of the NPT: India, Israel, Pakistan and North Korea. Talk about an axis of evil.

The same Jewish people who have made many of the important decisions within the US administration to send our US armed forces who are now dying in Iraq to protect Israel?

The same Jewish people who are now calling for the destruction of Iran.

The same little Israel that is the only country on earth to have legalized murder and also considers torture legal and jails activists without trial

The same Jewish people who crushed to death 23-year-old Rachel Corrie, an American nonviolent human rights protester and have assassinated other non-violent protesters

The same Jewish people who have deported 4,000,000 people

The same Jewish people who have been condemned by the UN over 500 times

The same Jewish people who have who have killed more than 50,000 innocent civilians and injured hundreds of thousands more. Who refuse to allow pregnant women to cross their checkpoints and watch them die trying to give birth?

Imprisoned 250,000 + imprisons children for political reasons

The same Jewish people who were given more than $6.8 million per day in 2007 by the US taxpayer while US has a surplus and the USA is the largest debtor nation on earth? Israel is the largest recipient of US. aid in the entire world. It receives more aid than that given to all the countries of sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, put together.

The same Jewish people who have demolished 60,000 Palestinian homes

The same Jewish people that is the only country on earth to build illegal settlements on occupied lands

The same Jewish people that allows a political party that publicly advocates ethnic cleansing of the native citizens

The same Jewish people that has towns and cities allocated exclusively for one ethnic group

The same Jewish people who are now planning to construct around 2000 new houses in another ILLEGAL settlement in the West Bank? http://www.presstv.ir/detail.aspx?id=50032&sectionid=351020202

The same Jewish people who threatened a “holocaust” in Gaza the crowded home to 1.4 million Palestinians? http://www.medialens.org/alerts/08/080303_israels_illegal_assault.php

The same Jewish people who whined and cried about a kidnapped soldier while the Israeli army had abducted around 60,000 residents; around ten thousand and five hundred of them are still imprisoned in Israeli jails, in addition to 543 who are detained before the outbreak of the current Intifada.

The same Jewish people who have ignored the World court who ordered Israel to tear down illegal wall http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2004/jul/10/israel3

The same Jewish people that have killed 982 Palestinian children since September 29, 2000 while the Palestinians have killed 119 Israeli children have been.

Equating the sunrise which has happened for hundreds of millions of years with the cyclical nature of an economy and the enormous debts of the USA in particular doesn’t really work does it?

Doesn’t anybody here think that the financial destruction of the USA is exactly what is planned?

Doesn’t anyone think that this would be in the best interest of some people?

Anybody read Nami Klein’s ‘Shock Doctrine’ http://www.naomiklein.org/shock-doctrine/reviews/profiting-disaster-capitalism “War, Terror, Catastrophe: Profiting From ‘Disaster Capitalism'”

The same people/companies/mercenaries that rebuilt Iraq (not) could help rebuild the USA except instead of little Phillipinos doing all the work we would have millions of Mexicans because the US won’t exist in its present shape for too much longer. It will be a conglomeration of Canada/USA and Mexico

    Then what happens next?

As for “massive population reduction”, hasn’t that already begun? It’s called ‘war.’ The only country to use weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East is the USA. This WMD is called depleted uranium and it WILL kill millions of people, including our families in the armed forces, many of them VERY slowly and very expensively.

You think they don’t know this is going to happen? Of course they know.

Yeah! Uhhuh! Jeez! scottbenson please read a book! You are so dreaming.

The U.S are responds “to countries needs” when there’s something BIG in it for them. Their so called humanitarian ALWAYS has LONG strings attached and while Lancet estimates more than 1,000,000 ONE MILLION HUMAN BEINGS have been KILLED in Iraq because of the US invasion and occupation – MOST OF THEM INNOCENT CIVILIANS and apart from that 20% of the Iraq population are refugees or have been ‘displaced’ which is the equivalent of 60,000,000 people in the US.

What was it you were saying about doing “more good than harm”

    This doesn’t sound like you

This is probably some patriotic email chain letter you received

The Bush administration fabricated and lied so that Iraq was attacked after 9/11 – a country that had NOTHING to do with 9/11 when the majority of the hijackers were allegedly from Saudi Arabia. We should have attached Saudia Arabia then not Iraq – Don’t you think?

I think you’ll find that the definition of a dictator fits the President we have in the USA much more than Hugo Chavez who is using oil to help his people rather than GWB who is stealing other people’s oil to benefit the oil companies and he obviously doesn’t give a s*** about the American people.

Paragon is like the Iraqi invasion, everyone thinks it is a disaster because one million Iraqis have been killed and tens of thousands of poor schmucks just like you and I in the armed forces who joined up to fight for democracy (Ha!) are getting crippled and destroyed but the Halliburtons, Dick Cheneys and Rumsfelds of the world are making billions of dollars baby…

Paragon is clearly a disaster for their very stupid (I mean real Duhhhh!) buyers but Tashman who really calls the shots, his son Julian, Bill Gale etc are all making hunderds of millions of dollars baby.

In one of Paragons websites which I saw http://www.buycostaricanland.com/corporate/introduction.htm it shows “Mr. Gale immediately recognized the enormous potential for developing residential communities in Costa Rica, and was convinced he could bring his expertise to acquire land, and to build homes at a realistic cost, while at the same time being in complete harmony with the country’s breathtaking and diverse environment.”

While the boys behind Paragon have probably made hundreds of millions of dollars and are laughing all the way to the bank and probably laughing at us too, Paragon has not built one home on the first project which they have had for about five years?

Sure is an impressive record in building “homes at a realistic cost” and “developing residential communities in Costa Rica.”
