I was at Costa Montana this past weekend, the road from the entrance going up the hill appears to be under construction. It looked good, but, it appeared to be very narrow and doubtful that 2 cars could pass each other on the roadway. I would estimate that the roadway to be only 4-5 meters maximum in width. This could be a real problem, because the steepness of the road will not allow drivers going up to see someone coming down and vice versa.
