    David, what is the desirable option? I am guessing you could also setup a marine satelite system on land but they are expensive.

    Steve, we recently purchased a lot south of Dominical, not in a large development. Go see Victor at Coldwell Banker or Kris Anderson @ Andersion & Associates. Both will treat you right. Good luck and let us know what you end up doing. Domincal and parts south are beautiful and not crowded.
