This is not over. Mr. Huggo Salazar, on my behalf, is lodging a complaint for estafa before the public prosecutor and they will initate an investigation.

Correct. The owner took us to the property but could not get us to the actual lot.

Our decision was to be made after viewing the lot. We did not see any photos, we only had a plat map, I was given a folio real # but it was not for this property.
