    Hola Joe and Claudia,

    I have just returned from Cocles, were we have purchased a house.
    I agree with you that the Caribe side is awesome. I would also
    recommend Caribe Sur, in particular Charlie Wagoner (an American
    expat, who has lived there for 8 years, and understands the Real estate/history/community of the area). Super nice guy and very
    professional, and knows where the deals are. We were very satisfied
    with Charlie.
