    Tim has a point that the number of available age appropriate men in SJO is small compared to an oil camp in Alberta or anywhere in Alaska for that matter.

    Actually Margie seems like a nice person who I would enjoy being with if I fit her criteria (which I do not). But it is tough if not impossible to meet the type she wants in the area.

    My friend, a retired restaurant owner and merchant retired in SJO, met a wonderful local nurse and married her and is living happily ever after in spite of the conflict of Jewish/Gringo culture versus Catholic/Latina culture.
    Love rules all.
