Just wondering. I just finished the first of two here in Nosara and it went perfect. It always cost more than you expect so make sure you have good specifications and reasonable allowances. Good luck!

I would have my builder create a schedule of values for the varying aspects and make weekly or monthly payments predicated on their completion, with photo’s or third party supervision. Run monies thru an attorney’s escrow account and let them handle weekly disbursements. Caja receipts are a must. Where are you building?

Thanks Scott and it was even better than the first time. They prepared 3 different steaks and split them up for us, the Skirt, The Tenderloin and The Ribeye, Mmmmmmmmm good.

Of course the Argentinian Pinot Noir was good too! As for the thumping the U.S soccer team took later, well, lets say we had it coming.

Actually I think CR cheated they had to have had 15 players on the field the way they were pressuring the U.S Heck we couldn’t even get it out of the defensive 3rd for most of the first half.

Great Game and event to have attended.

I’ve been told that to keep from hitting the high consumption premiums you need to break up your house, pool, pumps and AC’s into separate meters. Any truth to this?

There are nearly 40+ new construction projects in and around Nosara this year . Much more than we have seen in recent years. I would agree with your assessment.

Ask Becky/David about the small sweet hotel in Playa Grande, it is awesome and the numbers are good, if it has not sold. This was just 2.5 months ago. Thought seriously about it, instead bought a house and am building a two house compound in Nosara. I like Nosara better, nice town, greener than further north.

WOW, these socialist all drink the same cool-aide, no surprise though. It works real well here in the states. You tax it more and you get less of it. Less innovations, less job growth and less taxes that come from all the activities associated with venture investment capital. More likely Pres.BHO placed a call to gease the palm’s of some of CR’s elite politicians to come up with this to further stem the out flow of monies fleeing the states.

Please define for us GOP/Teapartyisms, and your disdain for love of God and country. I see Costa Rica as a country full of proud self reliant hard working people who are not sitting back and waiting for the government to come in and provide for their every need. A hard working little “r” republican will fit in just fine. However if you are from the northeast or a severe type “A” personality you may find it hard to adjust.
