No, sorry, I can’t provide pricing for these tile as we didn’t purchase this size. There are many warehouses in the immediate area, so prices are competitive.
Best I can do is add this map
Realize that the tiles will be heavy, so you may have to make arrangement to transport them so by the time you pay for this, it may be less expensive to buy locally or in Golfito. You could also think about purchasing them in Panama.

It may or may not be important to you, but when any foreigner dies here, there is always an autopsy.
I found this
I wouldn’t count on the costs quoted to be up-to-date.

I did recently read that the USA has proposed that Canadians may be able to stay there for 8 months, instead of the present 6 months. This may hurt CR ‘Snowbird’ influx.

wintex, I did send you a ‘PM’ so please check your Inbox.

I didn’t say it couldn’t be done, as you had mentioned you had opened an account, but unless you have residency, you cannot do inter banks (SINPE)transfers.

Could be pretty rainy in September…

ratus, my first question to you, is ’did you not look into the cost involved to gain residency before you purchased your condo”?
When re-entering CR you may get 90 days or you may get 8 days. There is no guarantee.
If you are a not a legal resident you cannot join CAJA and you will have limitations with banking.
Unless you obtained your CR driving license before the rules changed, you will have to exit CT before your tourist visa expires
Forgot to add, that yes, we did know people refused re-entry.

This time line, is in the high season, so rents near the beach, will be higher especially since you will require it to be furnished, and with internet. So expect to pay $900 and up a month which may include A/C and your utilities.

This was probably for more than one individual. A friend applied with them last year, an it was $1800 for the primary applicant, then for additional family members, $200-300 less. Half of the cost goes directly to immigration, for their fees.

I don’t mean to rude Rob Goodell, but did yours include the cost of having a Tica wife and/or child?

Definitely go for the Pensionado status if you are in receipt of a guaranteed for life pension. Investor, can be ‘hit or miss..’.

Since all gringos look alike 🙄 it is hard to say, how many Canadians, Brits, Aussies, French, Italians, etc are here and may be mistaken for Americans, only by sight, of course.

According to those who have gone before… the shipping fees are more expensive, returning home.

sweikert925 Registering at the US Embassy is only a requirement of approx 2 years ago. So, when one applied before then, it was optional. Canadians are also ‘requested’ to register’ at their Embassy
