The Osa is truly the most amazing place we have ever visited. It is nature’s showcase and Puerto Jimenez is a fascinating town with extraordinarily friendly people. We stayed in a home that is less than 300 from the beach. It allowed us to make friends with local Ticos, gave us comfort and relaxation while not out taking in the beauty of the area, and was less expensive than renting a room in a lodge.
