All most all attorneys in CR have no idea of the word fiduciary, which means they are there to act in your best interest. They are not. Most Tico attorneys do not like Gringos. Simple as that. Some will tolerate you, but that does not mean they like you. Occasionally you will find one that is not prejudiced.
I’d go with a US consultant that has atorneys on retainer. Depends what your doing, really. If its important – that is if there is money involved.. You better make sure you understand what you are signing and have a contract regarding fees.
Also get ready to be kicked to the back of the bus if you pay all your fees up front. The only way to get service in CR is to withhold a large payment untill the work is COMPLETE. Otherwise you have no leverage and it gets bumpy back there.

I have not ditzed people I have ditzed their message. Unlike other feminine types that have ditzed me – for not spell checking no less. They are feeling threatened because they know I am right.

Which is, most US men are whipped. Led by the nose. The women rule overtly. Men in Dockers, women in leather, go to your local Starbucks – you will see what I mean.
In CR men hang out on weekends. Women are with women and men are with men. No “let me check with the misses before I blow my nose in public.”

No time to be Mom, and no desire either. Generally speaking that is. There supposedly are some feminine women on the south east coast of the US, but with all the feminiity in CR guess I won’t be going there.
I did spend 3 years in Cuba and it was delightful.

Regarding Mar – monni – Barf. More emasculaion ingrained at an early age. Italian men are some of the worse women worshipers, next are jewish men. I taught hundreads of men regarding hunting and I know them pretyy well. A screwed up bunch. They need a place to be men, and luckily CR grants them the space. All you Gringa lib types please stay home in your straight leg PJ’s. Have your man bring you some bon bons and make sure he never channel surfs in your presence. Way to hide behind the skirt. Skirt, pants, skirt – kinda like gender dodge ball. What happend to I am Woman! Thought you big bad tough liberated woman could handle all threats, just like a man. There is no difference right, so why should men threaten you. Do some martial yoga so you can defend yourself and then pull some combat duty in Iraq. Regarding Ticas, it the invasion of our sick culture that make womens valuse the same as men because of the lust for material items, even at the expense of neglecting children by not having there mothers at home to provide the guidence and nuturing they require.
Look at the proliferation of material goods aimed at the female consumer. Is it not Gringas that have, as Marbella says, “screwed it up” because of their wants, without regards to providing the emotional stability that families need. Gringas are very quick to upset the stability of the home if they do not get what they want. This is emotional violence that is comparable to physical violence, except in one important way, the scars of emotional violence last longer than physical scars. Yet emotional violence, at the expense of family peace, is not illegal – as physical violence is. It should be. Women have tremendous emotional strength and men have physical strength, but one is illegal to abuse and the other is not.
There is no longer enough brotherhood among men to counteract the emotional violence of women. Female bias is so deeply ingrained into our culture that I had to leave it. I have not dated a Gringa for over 10 years.
It would be nice to find a kind and respectful Gringa and some say they exisy in middle america, but I ilve occasionally in California -still maintain an office and studio – and they do not exist there, at laest not that I have found. When friends ask me to go to bars or restuarant to meet girls or set me up, I just laugh. They do not get it because they have no world view. Stuck inside the box.
