    Thanks for the information. I also heard “rumors” from local realtors. Wasn’t sure if there was an validity to it. What price range/size of lots were you looking at? What do you know about property values in the Estrada area with views of the ocean?

    Can you tell me where you read that people that live in Costa Rica rank in the top five happiest? I’d agree with this. Just need to the article/newspaper to retrieve this.
