I’m relieved in a way that I’m not the only person to have these similar
fears and concerns. I didn’t mean to open a pandora’s box in such a
forum as this. If you’ll let me rephrase my concerns about “getting out
of the U.S. while we still can”. Ideally I would like to establish a home
away from home, a saftey net so to speak. I love America and all it stands
for, we just need our citizenry to wake up to certain facts and realities.
I feel that one solution would be to convert our Congress and Senate to
State Employees of the state they represent. This would take them of the
Federal Payroll and make them more accountable to their constituates. Each
state then could write their own laws regarding Congressional Conduct and
would be a true Campaign Finance Reform. It’s just a thought.Where do I even start? Home Land Security will now start finger printing
people who travel overseas as well as those who travel to Canada and
Mexico. I understand that a manifest from airlines and ships must be
presented to HLS before they are aloud to depart. Soon there will be
National ID (an internal passport) I know this reeks of
conspiracy theory, but where there is smoke there is fire.
Our Representatives in DC have sold their souls for a dollar while
violating almost every law this country was founded on.
Personally I resent being considered “Inventory” of the U.S. Government.These are but a few URLs out there. Oh yes, there is one more. This one

Perhaps that question and answer should be left to a different thread
on welovecostarica.com. With all due respect could we return to the original
topic?Yes we do home school our kids at the moment and plan on doing so where
ever we wind up. Although if the Costa Rican Educational System is better
than the States (that my not mean much) we would definatly enroll them
in a local or private school. We did read another thread regarding private
schools and were interested in them. Right now our concern is getting out of
of the U.S. while we still can.
