    Great Frustrations!!!!
    One that I love is: Putting Laws in effect before thay are finish and saying that there going to inforce them.
    But I still love it here!!!!

    Thank you for the heads up. We have been waiting for the guidelines “Unit Base Values by Constructive Typology”. My concern is that the New Law is in effect and yet most of what is to guide the New Law has not been finish.

    I just finish my house in Guanacaste and here is my builders name. I looked for a good builder for one year and worked with a costa rican Jose Moya Leon who builds all over the country. He has alot of referances and his men are all costa rican and do a very great job.

    Guanacaste has alot of great areas for sale. Prices are $20 to $25 ocean view outside the Sanctuary. Follow what Scott has said and you will be fine. Make sure you have water rights. If you do not have water or rights you can not get a building permit.
