MemberIt’s not greed to check out a possible investment and then decide, upon making an onsite visit, not to make the purchase. What is greedy and inexcusable is for the company to refuse to honor its agreement to make the refund.

MemberJonMichael, I’m not worried about spam, etc., at this address: scottej14@gmail.com. In any event, I’ll send the particulars of my case–still no refund after seven months–to you by snail mail. Thanks.

MemberDid not sound to me as though “Roxann’s” situation with Paragon was resolved to her satisfaction. Sounded like she was relieved that an ordeal was over and Paragon got to use her money unjustly for an extended period.

MemberGreat post. Are you suing and claiming punitive damages?

MemberThanks for your response. On what do you base your opinion that “the traditional route … will take up to five years”? And what is there to submit to arbitration, they don’t deny that they owe me a refund?

MemberRoxann,
When did you request your refund?Ed59
MemberThanks. “Land surveyors” is a very strange description.

MemberI would like to get in touch with anyone interested in suing Paragon. I would think we would have a fair chance of recovering attorneys’ fees and getting punitive damages.
