    You don’t read very well Mr. Gale and your spelling is atrocious

    If you can read my posting again, you will see that it was never suggested that YOU said the yellow line was a highway, I said that your Paragon salespeople told my friend definitively that the yellow line on your Paragon map was the new highway from San Jose to Parrita Obviously your salespeople are lying.

    I did NOT ask you “how many homes are going to be built?” I did ask you “how many homes have your customers built?” That’s past tense and not future tense but, we all know that you are not going to answer that question directly because it’s my guess, Paragon has built less than ten homes for their customers (NOT including the model homes) on all 13 properties otherwise you would have proudly shown them on your website.

    No doubt some of the National Enquirer readers will be impressed that you’ve sent out 400 free housing brochures but that’s hardly a crystal clear indication of how many homes are going to be built.

    Talking about ‘intelligently’ I see you edited your posting THREE times and only after the third try managed to spell it correctly – Congratulations!

    And, I don’t have to put up any money to talk “intellegently” (your initial spelling) and there are no suppositions or innuendos, I am telling you that your salespeople are lying through their teeth to try and sell your land.

    For your future emails, I can confirm that it is not “intellegent” but is indeed spelled “I-N-T-E-L-L-I-G-E-N-T”, even after the third effort “recieved” is incorrect and should be “R-E-C-E-I-V-E-D” and “inuendos” should be “I-N-N-U-E-N-D-O-S.”

    I know exactly what I am saying and trust what my friend who is not trying to sell me anything – tells me. You obviously do not know what your salespeople are saying.

    So what you are claiming is that your salespeople are telling your prospects that the one and only big thick yellow line on your printed map leading from San Jose to Parrita is a bus route? And they are not, as my friend was clearly told by your salespeople, telling everyone that this is the new highway from San Jose to Parrita?

    For your information, that big yellow line is NOT included on any of the maps you have on your website.

    The printed map also says that the Marina Pez Vela is “Currently under construction” which it is not.

    And I see from your website that you were featured in the National Enquirer – Congratulations! I’m sure most real estate developers are jealous as hell at you being mentioned in such a prestigious publication.

    Do you know what percentage of your clients actually take that bus from San Jose to Parrita?

    And how many homes have your customers built (not “model homes) in total on the 13 different projects that you are involved with? Do you know?

    I don’t mean to be rude but there’s a real simple, easy solution to this problem of possible over development – Don’t come to Costa Rica and don’t buy Costa Rica real estate!

    Ah! Here is the first one… Out of all the different discussion forums I have read about Paragon Properties, ravis is teh first person to confirm in writing that he has legal title to the land he bougfht from Paragon properties.

    Although you sound like a Paragon employee to me… You should know that there is no maliciousness about us wanting to know if we can legally own the land we are paying for but you have answered that for us because you are telling us here in this forum that you do have the title. That you are the legal owner of the land which is great.

    Still not sure why anyone with a brain cell would want to pay someone they do not know $35,000 to buy land in a foreign country without even seeing it first? Duh! Maybe that’s how they pay for their tour guides and luncheons huh?

    And as you say seeing is believeing so why not follow up with Scott and send him the details of your legal title and I’m sure he’ll do soemthing with it…

    Back in February, I noticed Scott asked a question that nobody has answered. The question was:

    =======================================

    “Can any of you that have purchased land in any of the Paragon projects prove in writing to us that you are indeed the legal owner of that land? That you have full legal title to it?

    Because if you can’t find it in the Registro Nacional – as far as Costa Rican law is concerned – you ain’t the owner!”

    ===============================

    Has anyone done this Scott?

    Good to know that the rental program is available even though they have not actually built anything yet. I think it might be best for me to wait and see if they even start building it first.

    They have already bought all of the land then have they and have the permits? Do you know?

    How many other projects have they done in Costa Rica do you know?

    Yeah! We’re on the web now, I don’t need to look at the site again because I was looking for the answers to my questions and couldn’t find them….

    You posted the information and would you now please answer my questions?
