Hi there, I’m also looking to buy a lot in Costa Esterillos, but I’m not sure if this is a legitamate company or not, they have spent time with me on the phone, and are now also calling me on a daily basis to get me send in the deposit money. However, I have not seen real property or seen anyone in person. They just ask me to send them $30,000 as a deposit to an escrow account and then go look at the property in Costa Rica. If I like it, thats my down payment if I don’t then they say they will fully refund me. What do you guys think? Is this a reputable company to trust? Has anyone seen this development community going up now Costa Esterillos near Jaco?
