I went thru Jaco a coupla weeks back and noticed a UPS office….what about shipping UPS portal to portal….at least you can track it, and pick it up at the local UPS…..

We really enjoyed the SelvaTura zipline at the biological reserve in Monte Verde…I’ve tried others in the country, …they all pale compared to this one…one run is 3000ft long, that has you going thru the clouds and treetops for what seems like forever…at speed…oh they have a cable swing too….pucker time…We returned in May, and used his services for the first time…before that we rented from the bigger rental agencies…I am returning again in July , and have already contacted Dean to rent again..one of his compadres met us at the SJ airport with the car, and a phone card…car never let us down..we returned it to the airport, and left the keys in the back, so all in all it was a very easy deal for pickup, and return…

I second that…Carlos has been a favorite for a long time…plus it’s my understanding that he is also into preserving the status quo…I think it’s the big developers that we need to be concerned about…Lotus…
You hit the nail on the head with your last sentence….have the attorney complete the due diligence…I have found that if you put it in his/her hands…all the questions are asked and answered…then you won’t get as upset and angry as the thread starter appears to be….David,
you’re correct…it’s not an issue, you don’t have to pay for transfer fees or stamps…only for legal fees to transfer the corporation…of course if it’s a consession property you can’t get title insurance.
