    Hi Dave,
    Were you able to find a suitable option? – because your question is one that perplexes me as well. I would like to come down to CR and rent for 5 or 6 months but would also require wheels and rental agency costs appear prohibitive.

    Hi Scott,
    I think it depends on where Marilyn’s account is domiciled. If she is trying to access a US or Canadian (or other) account in Costa Rica, there will likely be a charge imposed. If she is accessing her Costa Rica account, then you may be right about no associated access charges.
