Diego,

thanks for your input … I browsed through some of your forum articles and you appearently had some mixed experiences.
Can you recommend somebody reputable and knowledgeable?
It is not that I generally distrust the seller, but I just can’t afford mistakes.
Particular issues I am concerned about are a “agricultural use” classification on the registered survey and the lot being part of two folios; so appearently the replatting has not been done yet.
I think everything will work out in the end, I just need some professional help I guess…
