I know of loans that BN made in May and November of last year. Processing time was 4-8 weeks. Scotia Bank was a big waste of time!

BN reduces the amount of my incoming wire transfers by $15.00. No separate line item
    is shown for fees.

As mentioned previously, INS will cover some pre-existing conditions. In my case, I had stents and was subject to a surcharge of 130%. I currently have coverage with them.
Cost is based on age. I use Juan Carlos too.

In your original post you made it sound as if all that could be accomplished with one visit to the store, which it cannot. Also the ‘etc’ includes required tests and documents which must be furnished. Are you familiar with the range requirement?
As to the “on call police officer,” there was none. The store manager was quite serious of the process that needed to be followed.
I have an S.A. and am a resident. I believe this topic had been discussed previously on the forum.
Can I assume that you acquired a weapon in the way you described?
    Thanks

Sorry, Soflo, but you cannot legally purchase a firearm at the Multiplaza gun shop with only the documents you mention. Stopped in there today to get the information first hand. What is the ‘etc’ you state?

Can I have federal taxes withheld from my Social Security check?

Can I have federal taxes withheld from my Social Security check?
    Answer

Although you are not required to have federal taxes withheld from your Social Security benefit, you may find that easier than paying quarterly estimated tax payments.

Of course; and be advised that residency takes a minimum of 1.5 years at this time!

My cousin, a tico, applied for a Visa in August to attend a seminar in Wisconsin for 1 week in October. He has a web design business in Costa Rica as well as a wife and 2 young children. After his less than 5 minute interview he was denied! No reason was given and the embassy keeps your application fee.

    Thank you Tom!

Your report was quite extensive and well written This is valuable information for most of us that do not understand the importance of proper roofing installation and all related materials, or when substandard methods are used.

As you mention, having experienced tradesmen with a vast knowledge of all facets of that most important area of construction is critical to avoid serious problems in the future.

I hope others in the process of building will contact you for guidance before they encounter a situation similar to that experienced by Ana and myself. It certainly will save them time, money and disappointment.

I plan to have you visit the site again when the repairs that you reported on are completed.

You can use your self-directed IRA to buy your future retirement home, but you can’t live in the home until you retire. You also cannot put a piece of property that you currently own into your IRA.

    Yes, when you retire.
