    Thanks Scott ,
I had read most of those posts a few months ago when I thought I had my lots in Heredia sold. Now a new buyer and a new chance to get to CR. I know the routine from the US but we are in Belize and I have my own van so I was trying to find out if anyone had done the overland trip. Crossing 4 borders gives me the jitters but I figured I needed to check it out since sending by air will be prohibitive.

I did not see an answer to your old question about returning horses to the US. Yes it can be done , but it must route through Miami for the southern US and there are quarantine costs that almost double your costs. In addition if the USDA vet think there is a problem they can order new tests and more delays and more fees. It can be a real nightmare, so if someone is not sure they will stay in CR they may want to leave their horses stateside until it is certain they will stay.

Meanwhile if anyone has ANY experience crossing Central American borders PLEASE SHARE!!

thanks for the response and I hope to sell soon. Where do you advertise for the Chinese buyers ?

I agree with the shotgun approach, I have contacted most , if not all of the agents in the Central Valley. There has been quite a bit of interest lately. I had the lots on this site when the price was 100% higher and will probably relist, but I need someone in CR to show the lots since I am in Belize. I have realistically priced the lots where they should sell to a real buyer and not the tire kickers out there right now.
