The article by Anonymous is right on target.
My wife and I retired from New Jersey to CR almost 5 years ago and we can wholeheartedly agree with his points, both positive and negative.
Yes, we have had some moments of doubt…can we really adjust and be happy here?
Like Maravilla we quickly dispensed with the notion to “move back”. Go back to what?
In short: considering climate, culture, cash-flow, cost of living, even corruption…we can not only “take it” but contribute as well and be very satisfied with our decision.
