We just returned from the Osa, and we have traveled to all the areas you mentioned. We have seen more animals in the osa, so that is my vote. We flew into Puerto Jimenez and took a back of a truck ride 1.5hours to Carate and stayed in the Look out Inn. It is simply amazing, 3 meals aday, amazing people stayed there also, we ended up hanging out with everyone, did tours with them and made lasting friendships.
