Hi Neighbour, so did we 2 weeks ago – before the price increase! We just got back from “officially” choosing our lot and we are so excited about our property. The entire experience – from landing in Tambor to touring the properties and surrounding area – was amazing. We talked to a few locals and it seems that Monterra is new to the area, but already buying up other properties to develop. Tambor seems to be booming. This is a great website. Thanks, Jane
