    Scott, I enjoy the presentations you are doing on homes. Not only are you including photos, the specifications and pricing, but some of them have a video which does a good job of promoting the home. Thanks and keep up the good work.

    Boy, do I feel stupid.

    I thought your reply said: 215M2 = 10.76 Your square footage
    but it was correct. It said 215M2 X 10.76 = Your square footage

    I guess I need new eyeglasses. Sorry.

    Scott, you have the wrong conversion. Here is the correct ratio:
    1 Sq Meter = 10.76391 Sq Feet

    So the answer to the question is:
    215 Sq Meter = 2,314.2 Sq Feet
