Rita – what I found was Neuvo Arenal was very noisy. At least where we stayed. There’s a club that has music going on the weekends, all night into the wee hours. There were too many dogs barking. The altitude wasn’t high enough, therefore, no real breeze.
I’m like your husband. I can’t stand the heat.
I’d really appreciate any help that you can give me. I’ve already purchased my tickets and the time is open (no set date). We’ll not have 3-1/2 weeks, like our last visit.

Rita – We’re On The Same Page.
My husband and I traveled around CR. We also would like to build in the area where you purchased land. Could you hook us up with someone to find property? Please tell me everything you can about the area.
We didn’t particularly like where we stayed for 2 weeks (Neuvo Arenal). It was just too crowded. What in particular swayed you to that area? I, myself, am looking for cooler temps. Good job Terry – I will also try to convince my husband to move
from Texas to CR in the next 8-12 months.
We’re spending almost a month there starting next week.

Jenny – unfortunately, I started planning this trip last April, so we have already pre-paid for a private residence in
La Cruz for one week. Then, two weeks in a private residence in Lake Arenal. And, two days at Tabacon Hot Springs. We will drive all over
and figure that we will have to stay in the area that we’re considering now (Grecia or San Ramon). My original thought was to retire in Lake Arenal, but that has changed. We want low humidity and cooler temperatures, which Lake Arenal can’t give us. We truly look forward to staying with you or just meeting both of you. I’m not sure how much notice we could give and being that it’s high season, you may be booked. It would only be for one night. God Bless you and Charles. Jessica
