MemberThanks David,
Do you have a number for Victor? I already have my plans and permits. I will be building close to the center of Grecia.

MemberYears ago, I went down by bus and bought everything I needed. I shipped it back to my house in Grecia using one of many delivery services available there. At the time it was dirt cheap, cheaper than paying for gas in my big Ford pickup.

Thanks

MemberThanks,
I did contact them but they only allow 2 people per room. I have a wife and 2 small girls. I decided to stay at the Torres de Alba off of Via España. It is about $89 per night if you book on the net. If you call it is $129.

MemberFrom what I’ve understood all lease agreements are for 3 years but each year you can raise the rent 15%. I think to be legally all contracts have to be in Spanish.

MemberEveryone is allowed $500 duty free every 6 months. The Radisson is very nice but over my budget. The Paitilla has a lot of construction going on around it for the next 6 months or so. I may try it in the future, thanks.

MemberIn regards to downtown Panama City, it is a paradise for shopping. Prices for clothes and electronic are about 1/2 of the prices here. The Panama Canal and the Amador Causeway are nice places to visit. It is much more modern than San Jose.
