    i had PS with pino in costa rica.
    I learned all the ins and outs from lots of research… but I did find hundreds of patients of plastic surgeons in costa rica @ http://www.psjourneys.com It’s a support group by patients for patients and free of commercials…

    The best info is from someone who has been there had that done…
