Thanks for your post,
I like the link to the inn, might stay there a few nights on our next CR trip. How did you like the rainy season in Carate? Did you feel a cooler breeze at night? My wife and I want to relocate to the Osa, so we need to check out the “green season” as well. Hopefully we can travel back there as soon as my new passport arrives and see some properties, which were offered for sale.
If you like, feel free to contact me at kev@volgertech.com
Thanks again,Karl
kevMemberWe had rented a Tracker from “Rent a 4×4 in CR” and it was amazing how these little cars would hold up driving the CR roads. $35.00 all inclusive is really not a bad deal, but you have to prepared to check the oil (there was none in our) and so on – low cost operation, or you can spend mega bucks for a new Lancruiser rental. I probably call Dean again for his no-nonsense deal he offers.
kevMemberThanks for your info,
I just loved the cost highway south of Dominical, it’s really nicely designed and in unbelievable good condition – sure different than anything in the Osa. We just got offered some land from a private party, might not have a title, so I’m not sure if I want to go through with it. I have heard some wild stories about sudden late claims on untitled property.Karl
kevMemberThanks for your help,
I’ll try it for sure….
We are parrot-heads and like it down there.Karl
kevMemberScott,
maybe bad choice of words on my side……I’m looking for real estate websites, in Spanish, for locals and not just for us “gringos”, but for the south pacific/Osa area. Thanks,
Karl
