Don’t kid yourself big fella. Here is an interesting article that talks about foreign investment and its impact on the CR economy.
It seems as though they want people to invest in CR and employ the citizens but not live there. I think that some of these new laws will negatively impact CR in the long run.
CR used to be the place to bring your wealth and live the pura vida. I bet alot of people are going to sell their properties and look elsewhere.
I agree with David. It is easier to step aside. I have people testing me with the same crap all the time every where i go. I’m 6’3″, 240 and it just isn’t worth the problem.

No, we do not have safety inspections like i had in NY. Just emissions.
All this emission testing is is BS anyway. Just another way for big bro to get in my pocket.
We had emissions for years and then a few years back they just stopped the emissions testing. That was about when my exhaust went bad in my 1 ton. So i just manufactured my own and tossed the cats. Next year CO. will be bringing back E testing. Go figure. Looks like ill be crawling around under my truck again.

Scott, for not being to mechanically inclined, you sure sounded like Cliff Clavin on that one 🙂Yes the truck came with one and was removed when i rebuilt my exhaust last year when no emissions standards were required in CO.
