Lotus, I’m not sure why you are making assumptions on how my inner feelings and emotions work… but you have to do more than act like my third grade teacher to make me “hostile”. I have had teeth kicked out and 2×4’s upside my head that made me no more hostile than you policing scott’s web site. I am truly sorry if in casual talk about a particular development that a gentlemen was inquiring about, I stated i had a lot for sale… below developer price. Which was where the topic was at the time.

What the hell are you talking about anyway….fair and honest…low road?Don’t kid yourself, One of my best friends is dieing in front of my eyes as we speak, and he doesn’t have a pot to p*** in. He is getting state of the art treatment for free. Not to mention two surgeries on brain tumors. TWO. I bet you a frosty that wont be the case with Obama Care. We don’t need this drastic, undefined, ram it in your pie hole in the middle of the night, before anyone knows what happened piece of socialistic legislation. We need tort reform and a little regulation on the pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Then we tweak that a some after a little while. Until it works better. The system may be flawed, but it isn’t completely broke.

I’m not sure what the Vietnam war has to do with this topic, but I find it hard to believe that new road infrastructure is way beyond the reach of the CR government. There is always a way to fund well needed roads. Specially in a rapidly growing city. Fact of the matter is, they should have been thinking about this many years ago. You can always fund the new roads with tolls, and have the Chinese build them.
