    pedro sibaja miranda is building a development for me near Atenas. Pedro is from Cartago but primarily builds in the Atenas area.

    You should tour the property before committing any money. They do exist. I visited their office in Sabanilla, went on a property tour with them.

    I toured the land with the developer back in March. Their office is in Sabanilla.

    I just opened a new account yesterday with the Entrust Group. I rolled over a few 401K’s I had into a new self directed IRA for a RE investment in Costa Rica. It was pretty simple. There are offices all over the USA. Are you in the USA and where in Costa Rica were you planning to invest ?
