Fractional ownership is the best way to get the most bang for your buck. The problem is that if you go through a company to do it, you are most likely going to pay above full retail for the property. It would be better to grab 4 or 5 friends or family and get the best deal on some real estate and set up your own deal. This way you are in control of who pays what and what all the rules are. As long as you have a good exit strategy for each individual to exit the property…you are good to go
