    This is our idea too. As soon as we retire, 5 yrs, CR here we come. The prices here in south FL are ridiculous! I want out!

    I am looking for cooler weather (I’m in FL now) and a lot with a valley view of city lights.I’d rather not be far from the town of Heredia.     You are probably talking about CostaRicanlandSales.com CR Properties.
    They pay you $500. to come down and look at their lots in Parrita.

    We live in Royal Palm Bch. We are looking at lake arenal, San Ramon, and Grecia. Why did you choose Atenas and San Ramon?

    I spoke with Patrick on the 12th of July. He said it was not a big deal. the govt. was going for several companies and they ended up selling their coffee co. He said they were a big co.at the time. Nothing came of it.

    fhmoroz, does the 200,000 include land etc? What is a rancho? Atenas sounds great to live in.
