In my case I decided to cancel contract with Paragon after I watched the old movie GLENGARRY GLENROSS.
I can recomend everybody to see this movieIt is a question to everybody. Do you know any Russians from USA or from Russia who owns properties or moved permanently to Costa Rica?
I am Unites States citizen for 18 years but I am formally from Russia. It will be interesting to know this information. I am looking to purchase property and build house for vacation/retirement purposes.Do you know anything about new development (they did not start work yet)in Esterillos Oeste. When you make turn from the main road it will be on your right side.The company name: CostaRicaLTD. Bob and Jeff are the owners.This will be second development they build.
I finally got my money back. It took them 60 days to refund my down payment.They are not using FedEx and USPS tracking system is not working at all.
They received my request for refund on November 30. Still nothing. I am calling them every other day. The last time they gave me tracking number but I founded that nothing was sent out. They just get tracking numbers from USPS in advance and can use them at any time. It doesn’t mean that something was sent out.
