Hi. Ocean view lots with white water views range from 200K to 400K on the central pacific coast. The central pacific coast needs more high quality builders.
Hi. I have spoke with them in the past when they where a Marketing Company. They failed at this venture. They took on too many projects and didn’t deliver. I don’t know how they will prevail as a developer. I would personally like to seem them complete something before taking the risk.
This is 100% deceptive and these types of tactics to sell real estate is hurting Costa Rica. This country is wonderful and Developers and real estate agents don’t need to be deceptive to sell property. And these types of tactics give Costa Rica a bad name.

I would go to the Help you Search page and fill it out and then Scott will put you with the agents that can help you. The post office system isn’t the best. But you can get mail it just takes patience and some time. 🙂 Hope this helps.
I bank at Scotia Bank. It just bought out a local bank Banco Interfin. It is a Canadian bank that offers good rates as well as safe banking. I have been banking with them for 2 years and wire large sums of money in and out on a monthly bases and never have a problem. They are typical of all Costa Rican Banks and do have lines and sometimes can be frustrating. But all is all I feel really safe with my money in there accounts.
