Understatement of the week. Costa Rica gets 7000 Marines, Arizona gets 1200 NG, and we get BP, Thad Allen, and a bunch of prisoners, low-income workers, and BP execs coming out of retirement to supervise the cleaning our beaches? Please explain to me how this makes any sense.
