Is Jared giving you a completion date on the project? I’ve been to Quepos twice since construction was “supposed” to have started and seen nothing new except a chain link fence by the seawall entrance/exit and some displaced rocks. I would be extremely leary of “reserving” a slip since this project may not be completed in your lifetime.

Saddest of all is that most of our former presidents were compulsive liars, not just our current president. Get your heads out of the sand folks, good moral fiber is not a prerequisit of being the president of the United States of America or a member of congress. It terrifies me that some people think bad behavior is partisan.
