Do you happen to know, what the average cost to build homes (per square foot) is in the planned communities?

I am interested in taking my mother to CR for her 74th b-day. Though she is not wheelchair bound and is not on O2, she does have emphysema and excema. She has some difficulty in walking long distances and up hills. I am interested in how the humidity and altitude will affect her breathing and skin condidtions. Please help.

Thank you Alvero, we are checking it out. I was wondering if you know of any tour operators for both transfers and tours while we are in CR? Thank you

    Hola!

I have found that Exito has the best airfares consistantly. I am from Las Vegas and fares can be quite pricey.

    Pura Vida!

I have a friend who bought property in the jungle above Parrita. We viewed “his lot” in January 2006. I feel uneasy due to the fact that he gave $25,000 down and has to pay the interest free balance within 5 years and I have been asking about CR Tropical Properties and no one seems to know much about them. For those of you who haven’t been, keep in mind this is the rainforest and is undeveloped. The dirt roads were just cut as of January. I don’t know how it has progressed since then but there was no water, sewer, elec… The entrance off the highway to the area is indeed a plantation but that is not owned by CR Tropical. There was not a gate to the property as of January. Please advise if there has been updates since then.
