    $1MM for an environmental study?? I could do that for a LOT less and a LOT faster! Matter of fact—wouldn’t take me more than 5 minutes…..[/quote]

    Having done several environmental “studies” it is readily apparent (to me) that an invasive commercial activity in an environmentally sensitive area in a country promoting eco-tourism would be difficult to mitigate, approve, and build, and operate. A 5 minute study results only in a “No” answer. And $1MM is peanuts for an airport study.
